How to Make a Complaint
Last updated: October 2026
We want each homeowner who reaches out to Hirednice Plumbing to be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, please let us know. This page shows how to raise a complaint and what to expect afterward. It is a general template. It is not legal advice.
What You Can Tell Us About
You are welcome to contact us about any of these:
- Your experience when you called or contacted Hirednice Plumbing
- The way your personal information was handled
- Content on this website that seems unclear or wrong
- The behavior of a plumber we connected you with
If the Problem Is With a Provider
Plumbers in our network run their own businesses. They are responsible for their estimates, prices, work and customer service. If you are unhappy with work done in your home, the usual first step is to bring it up with the plumber directly and keep a written record.
We still want to hear about it. Feedback about providers helps keep our network honest, and providers who repeatedly fall short of our expectations may be removed. Please keep in mind that Hirednice Plumbing cannot settle contract disputes, issue refunds for a provider's work or make decisions for a provider.
Sending Your Complaint
Email contact@hirednice.living and include the following:
- Your name and a way to reach you
- The date you contacted us or the plumber
- The phone number you called or the form you used, if you remember
- The provider's name, if you know it
- A clear account of what happened and what outcome you hope for
After You Write
We will confirm we received your complaint by email, usually within a few business days. Next we will look into what happened, which may include contacting the provider. Then we will reply with what we found and any steps we are taking.
Still Unhappy?
If our reply does not satisfy you, you can respond and ask us to take another look. You can also contact your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau. For concerns about plumbing work itself, your state or local plumbing licensing board may be able to help.
